Project preflight — for new ideas and stalled AI builds

Your AI project doesn't need another prompt.
It needs a clear next move.

FlowPilot diagnoses where your idea or AI-built project stands, identifies the missing decision or blocker, and gives you one execution-ready milestone — with the prompt, acceptance criteria and review loop to move forward.

For people starting a real digital project or trying to recover one that has stalled. Free during the validation pilot.

Start from where you are

One project loop. Three ways to enter.

I have an idea

Turn a broad concept into one focused first milestone before you start building.

Start from my idea

I started, but I'm stuck

Diagnose the blocker, recover the project intent and decide what to fix next.

Unblock my project

I have an output to review

Check whether the result actually advances the project before building on top of it.

Review my output
Where AI builds break down

The first impressive output is easy.
Keeping the project coherent is the hard part.

AI tools can generate a prototype, workflow or interface in minutes. The difficulty begins when the project grows: decisions become scattered, context gets lost, fixes create new problems and the user no longer knows whether the project is moving forward.

  1. 01You start with an idea and open ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, Replit or another AI tool.
  2. 02The first output arrives quickly and looks more complete than expected.
  3. 03New features, prompts and fixes begin changing the scope and weakening the original intent.
  4. 04Bugs, contradictions and missing decisions accumulate across tools and iterations.
  5. 05You keep prompting, but you no longer know what the project needs next or what "good enough" should mean.
The FlowPilot loop

Govern the next iteration — not the whole dream at once.

01

Diagnose the current state

Understand what exists, what was originally intended and where meaningful progress stopped.

02

Recover the project intent

Reconnect the current build with the real problem, target user and intended outcome.

03

Identify the blocking decision

Separate the root blocker from symptoms, accumulated bugs and repeated prompting.

04

Define one milestone

Freeze the wider scope and decide what this iteration must prove.

05

Prepare the execution pack

Create the instruction, context, constraints, acceptance criteria and evidence to return.

06

Review and update the project state

Judge the result, detect drift and determine the next correct action.

Structured project context

Your project shouldn't restart with every new chat.

When you continue with FlowPilot, each iteration builds on the same structured project record: the goal, current state, decisions, constraints, evidence, unresolved risks and active milestone.

Project intent
Target outcome
Current state
Decisions taken
Evidence received
Open risks
Active milestone
Next action

Chat tools remember a conversation. FlowPilot keeps the project coherent.

How it works

One milestone. One execution. One review at a time.

01

Send the idea, blocker or output

Describe what you want to achieve, what already exists and where uncertainty begins. High-level context is enough.

02

Receive the project diagnosis

FlowPilot identifies the current state, the missing decision and the one milestone that should come next.

03

Execute one controlled step

Use the execution pack in your preferred AI or no-code tool, with clear constraints and acceptance criteria.

04

Return the evidence and continue

Bring back the result. FlowPilot reviews it, updates the project state and determines the next action.

The execution loop

From uncertain project state to one controlled next move.

FlowPilot does not generate another long roadmap. It identifies what matters now, prepares one execution-ready milestone and defines how the result will be judged.

You send

An idea, a stalled build or an AI output

"I built a client portal in Lovable. Login works sometimes, but every fix changes another screen and I don't know whether to keep patching or restructure it."

Share only the minimum context needed. Redact private data, credentials and confidential information.

You get back

One execution-ready milestone

  • Current project state
  • Intended outcome
  • Main blocker or missing decision
  • Scope for this iteration
  • Recommended tool and instruction
  • Constraints and acceptance criteria
  • Main execution risk
  • Evidence to return
  • One clear next action
Starting with an idea
Raw input

"I want to create a client portal for my consultancy."

After FlowPilot

"Validate one complete client journey: secure access, one active project and one document exchange. Defer billing, notifications and analytics."

Already stuck
Raw input

"I built the portal in Lovable, but every login fix changes another screen."

After FlowPilot

"Freeze new features. Stabilise one end-to-end sign-in flow for one user role, using four acceptance checks, before deciding whether the architecture must change."

Before FlowPilot
  • Broad or drifting objective
  • Scattered project context
  • Repeated reactive prompts
  • Unclear source of the blocker
  • No acceptance criteria
  • No reliable next action
After FlowPilot
  • Recovered project intent
  • Explicit current state
  • One active milestone
  • Execution-ready instruction
  • Review gate and evidence
  • Next action based on the result

AI tools generate.
FlowPilot keeps the project coherent between decisions, outputs and iterations.

It helps you decide what should happen next, what good looks like and whether the latest result actually advances the project.

Who it's for

For people already trying to build something real with AI.

  • Non-technical and semi-technical founders using AI app builders
  • Makers with a prototype that has started to drift, break or stall
  • Freelancers and consultants building digital solutions for clients
  • Marketing and operations professionals creating AI workflows and automations

FlowPilot is not a generic AI course, a coding tutorial or a one-click app generator.

FAQ

Questions worth answering upfront.

Is FlowPilot an app?

FlowPilot is currently a guided validation pilot, not yet a self-service application. We are testing the diagnosis, execution and review loop with real projects before automating it.

Is this just ChatGPT with a structured prompt?

No. ChatGPT generates answers inside a conversation. FlowPilot maintains a structured model of the project: its intent, current state, decisions, constraints, evidence, unresolved risks and active milestone. That state is used to judge whether each new output actually advances the project.

Can I use FlowPilot before I have started building?

Yes. FlowPilot can turn a broad idea into one focused first milestone, with an execution instruction and criteria for judging the result.

Can I use FlowPilot if my project is already stuck?

Yes. Describe what exists, which tools you used, what changed and where progress stopped. FlowPilot will identify the main blocker and propose a controlled recovery milestone.

What should I submit?

You can submit a high-level idea, a description of the current build, a screenshot, a public link or a relevant AI-generated output. Share only the minimum information needed and remove sensitive data.

Which tools can I use?

FlowPilot can work around outputs from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Lovable, Replit, Bolt, Emergent, Cursor, n8n, Make, Zapier and similar AI or no-code tools. FlowPilot does not require you to change tools unless there is a clear reason.

Does FlowPilot execute the project for me?

Not during this pilot. FlowPilot diagnoses, scopes, prepares and reviews the work. You execute the step in the selected external tool and return the result for review.

What do I receive from the free Project Preflight?

You receive the current-state diagnosis, the main missing decision or blocker, one focused milestone, the first execution instruction, acceptance criteria and a clear next action.

What happens after the first step?

Execute the proposed milestone and bring back the result. If you continue, FlowPilot reviews the evidence, updates the project state and recommends the next action.

Is the Project Preflight free?

Yes, during the validation pilot. Guided Execution Sprints are part of the paid pilot offer.
